Assignment Overview
We are looking for an Engineer – Design
What You Will Work On
Support the team leader in planning, driving, and coordinating deviations according to delivery targets
Manage remaining deviations from manufacturing and external suppliers
Develop repair procedures in collaboration with manufacturing and act as the main approver
Provide reflections and recommendations for design improvements to reduce deviations
Act as a Non-Conformance Engineer (NCE) responsible for technical sign-off
Coordinate work within the design team and communicate with internal experts and external suppliers/customers
What You Bring
Engineering education (BSc or equivalent)
Very good verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish
Comfortable taking individual responsibility and working in a team
Ability to communicate with internal teams, external suppliers, and customers
Positive attitude and ability to act as a role model within the team
