Looking for an opportunity to put your studies into practice in an international setting? Nordex Finland is looking for a trainee to join our Nordic-level Account Management team as an Account Management Working Student. You get to assist our Account Managers with various commercial tasks such as quotation and order administration, invoicing preparation, handling customer inquiries, and other administrative duties.

The internship is part-time, averaging 20 hours per week, which can be flexibly combined with your studies. We hope that during the summer period you are available to work full-time. We have a credit-based salary scale for students ranging from 14-18 €/h.

You can be based either in our Helsinki or Pori office with the possibility of partial remote work. Ideally you can start in late April/early May and would be able to commit to us for at least a year.

YOUR TASKSCreating quotations for exchanges, repairs and spare parts

Supporting the Account Management team with commercial topics

Managing order administration, including creating and following up on orders

Preparing and supporting invoicing

Handling customer inquiries and requests

Communicating and cooperating with internal functions and customers

Some of the tasks can be adjusted based on your personal interests and to better support your studies.

YOUR PROFILEHigher education student with an interest in account management topics

You will continue to be a student throughout the internship

Some experience in customer service or administrative tasks

Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
