Lapland Hotels Oulu is renowned for its high-quality food, where the nature of the North and the best seasonal ingredients take center stage. Lapland Hotels Oulu has undergone a spectacular transformation, and with its expansion now features two distinctly atmospheric restaurants. Oula Kitchen & Bar, paying homage to northern experiences, offers dishes designed by our chefs that bring the flavors of Lapland straight to the plate. In addition, Oula Kitchen & Bar serves more relaxed bistro-style menu options. Complementing the restaurant selection is Il Puro, which opened earlier this year and blends northern flavors with Italian cuisine, celebrating simplicity and high-quality ingredients.
Requirements
- \tEducation in the field and experience working in an à la carte kitchen.
- \tA strong interest in preparing high-quality dishes made from northern ingredients.
- \tA team spirit, passion for cooking, and a genuine desire to continuously improve.
- \tFlexibility and resilience under the pressures of a busy restaurant environment.
- Details:
- \tWorking hours: 60-90 hours per 3 weeks.
- \tStart date: Based on agreement.
- \tSalary: Defined by your experience and according to the MaRaVa Collective Agreement (minimum €13.32-14.26/hour).
