As a certified B-Corp, we combine innovation with responsibility – building trust at the heart of every digital exchange.<br>We are entering a key moment as we expand from eSignature to the full Digital Trust chain.</p><h4><strong>About the job</strong></h4><p>As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be in direct contact with customers and prospects in Germany and France, helping them get the most out of Yousign’s SaaS platform. Your mission is not only to provide outstanding support but also to drive small deal closures, ensure customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth within our existing customer base.</p><p>This is a <strong>hybrid role between support and sales</strong>, giving you end-to-end visibility over the customer lifecycle in a high-impact SaaS environment. You’ll:</p><ul><li><p>Work closely with Sales, Customer Solutions, and Product teams.</p></li><li><p>Gain experience in both <strong>customer relationship development</strong> and <strong>revenue generation</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Build the skills and track record to grow into a <strong>full Sales Role.</strong></p></li></ul><p><strong>Your Team</strong> You will be included in the Sales Support team, that is part of the the Business Development team.
