You will lead all project activities, ensuring effective management of dependencies and risks while adhering to key timelines. Your role includes providing comprehensive status updates and reports to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, project team members, Project Managers, and steering committee stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. You will be a key representative for commercial support in delivering quotes and plans for sales prospects. You will also lead initiatives, fostering a cohesive approach to project execution and ensuring alignment across all involved parties.</p><h5><strong>🔍 What you’ll do</strong></h5><ul><li><p><span><strong>Lead, manage and maintain the end-to-end lifecycle of customer projects</strong>, including planning, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, dependencies, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with company objectives and successful project delivery. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive the <strong>project scope and objectives</strong>, ensuring active involvement and alignment from all key stakeholders. Understand customer needs and expectations, ensuring that project deliverables meet these requirements and drive customer satisfaction.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget; managing project <strong>timeline</strong>, <strong>budget</strong> and <strong>scope</strong> changes and ensuring that any alterations are assessed for impact, documented, and communicated effectively to all relevant parties.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Define and manage a <strong>governance structure</strong> for internal and external team members. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication between stakeholders across different departments. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify, assess, and mitigate <strong>project risks</strong>, and ensure project stability and successful delivery.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead<strong> Steering Committee </strong>forums for projects to manage key decisions and steering.
