We deliver solutions that scale and create value for our clients.</p><p>As an <strong>AI Engineer</strong>, you will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying machine learning and AI solutions that help organizations transform how they use data. You’ll work as part of our Data &amp; AI community, alongside data scientists, data engineers, and data architects – but your focus will be on <strong>true AI engineering</strong>: making models work in production, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><ul><li><p>Design and implement <strong>end-to-end AI solutions</strong>, from prototyping to production deployment.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Build and optimize<strong> LLM-powered</strong> applications and agentic systems integrated into real business processes and systems.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Collaborate with data scientists to turn models into robust, scalable products.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Apply <strong>MLOps</strong> practices to ensure reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous improvement.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Work with modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and open-source AI frameworks.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Stay curious about the fast-evolving AI landscape, and bring that insight into client projects.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong><br>What we’re looking for</strong></p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>AI Engineer</strong> who has built real AI solutions – beyond using APIs or experimenting with models. <br>We hope you recognize yourself in most of these:</p><ul><li><p>2+ years of experience in<strong> AI/ML </strong>engineering or data science, with a solid understanding of key <strong>ML concepts</strong> such as classification, regression, NLP, and generative AI.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Experience in building production-grade <strong>LLM</strong> <strong>and agentic applications</strong>, incl. evaluation, monitoring, and scaling.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Knowledge of core <strong>LLM concepts </strong>e.g. tokenization, RAG, CoT, reasoning models, memory, fine-tuning, tool use, and self-correction.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Hands-on experience with <strong>MLOps</strong>, CI/CD, containers, and cloud environments.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Ability to design and maintain data pipelines, ensuring model reliability and performance in production.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Curiosity and drive to stay ahead of developments in AI and apply them responsibly.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Excellent communication and consulting skills — able to guide stakeholders, create understanding, and inspire confidence around AI capabilities.</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Fluent in Finnish and English.</p></li></ul><p><br><strong>Relevant technologies:</strong></p><ul><li><p>LLMs and LLM middleware: GPT, Claude, open-source models, LiteLLM, vLLM</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Agent technologies: MCP, agent/workflow frameworks (LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Magentic, Strands)</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Platforms, e.g. Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, Snowflake and Databricks</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Cloud: Azure, AWS, GCP</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Python</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>Vector databases, e.g. Pinecone, pgvector</p></li></ul><ul><li><p>AI powered development tools: ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex</p></li></ul><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li><p><strong>A technically strong and collaborative community:</strong> You’ll
