We are looking for a Senior Financial Controller to join our Finance team. This is a hands-on role where you will work alongside our Group Controller, take ownership of key reporting and consolidation processes, and contribute to building a more efficient and automated finance function. What You’ll Do<ul><li>Drive the monthly close process for the Finnish Siili entities, delivering timely and accurate standalone financial reporting together with the internal finance team and outsourced accounting provider</li><li>Contribute to the preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements and support external audits, ensuring high-quality and compliant financial disclosures</li><li>Support monthly consolidation work and reporting, in close cooperation with group finance teams across entities</li><li>Handle IFRS questions and more complex accounting cases – including revenue recognition and the implementation of IFRS 18</li><li>Support in tax and transfer pricing matters in collaboration with group finance teams and external advisors, ensuring compliant and well-governed practices across the group</li><li>Develop the control environment and drive process automation, including the use of AI in finance workflows</li><li>Share the Group Controller’s workload and act as backup, ensuring continuity in group-level finance operations</li><li>Prepare ad hoc analyses for the CFO and senior leadership, turning numbers into insights that support decision-making</li><li>Manage liquidity and cash forecasting, maintaining visibility over the group’s financial position</li></ul> What We’re Looking For <ul><li>5+ years of relevant experience in financial controlling, group finance, or auditing – ideally with exposure to a listed or multi-entity environment</li><li>A “let’s make it happen” mindset. You take initiative, roll up your sleeves, and get things done.</li><li>Applicable education, e.g. Master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent</li><li>Strong IFRS knowledge and hands-on experience with consolidated financial reporting</li><li>Understanding of group accounting, inter-company processes, and consolidation mechanics</li><li>Genuine interest in process development and automation – you see inefficiency as an opportunity, not a given</li><li>Good technical skills and comfort with financial systems.
