About this role
As a US Sports Trading Operations Operator you will be responsible for US sporting events that our customers bet on, from American Football, Basketball, Baseball, and many more. This role involves @ least 12 night shifts per month Reporting to the Trading Operations Manager you will be part of the US Sports team that handles creation, settlement and the overall lifecycle of US sporting events. The members of the team work closely with traders and other teams to provide customers with the best and safest betting services. What you will do: Consistently deliver outstanding service to our internal and external customers and to ensure departmental KPIs are delivered. Creation and Settlement of non-feed driven sports and markets. Manage the workflow of events from trading through production to ensure they are displayed correctly, accurately and efficiently. Manage the Master data for Trading systems – template/league/sports/team creation Feed mapping Compliance and sports betting integrity for All US and RoW labels and accompanying processes & new label activations, blacklisting and whitelisting of various Masterdata units. Recommend new technical enhancements to ensure we keep up with key competition Raising issues to relevant support teams Adhere to departmental SLAs
Passion and knowledge for US Sports and all sports in general. Relevant experience within the betting industry. An understanding and knowledge of the key policies, procedures, products and terms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with an excellent command of written and spoken English. Flexible with working hours, including night, evening shifts, public holidays and weekends to suit the business needs. Pro-active and a self-starter with positive attitude, with an ability to build bridges with various teams and departments.
