Your insights into Bulgarian sports, betting behaviour, and market trends will help us deliver a sharp, competitive, and locally relevant product that stands out from the competition. From compiling accurate odds and analysing data to shaping the future of a cutting-edge sportsbook tailored for Bulgaria, this role is perfect for someone who thrives under pressure, loves data, and understands what drives the Bulgarian sports fans. What You Will Do: Overseeing Betting Activity: Monitor and manage betting activity to ensure profitability and compliance. Odds Compilation: Compile and manage odds across various sporting events to maintain competitive and attractive offerings for Bulgarian Local Sports Customer Analysis: Analyze and profile customers to understand betting behaviors and preferences. Product Testing: Test and provide feedback on new product features to enhance the betting experience. Collaborate with Marketing: Work together with marketing teams to support new initiatives and promotional activities. Customer Support: Provide support to Customer Service by helping to address customer queries and resolve issues. Data and Competitor Analysis: Conduct data analysis and monitor competitors to stay informed about market trends and opportunities.
Who You Are: Strong communicator – confident engaging with both customers and team members. Passionate about sports – whether it’s Football, Basketball, Tennis, or Esports. Analytical thinker – able to interpret data and make informed decisions. Experienced – previous exposure to sportsbooks or data analysis is a bonus. Flexible – comfortable working occasional weekends or evenings when required.
