Job Description Entain is seeking a motivated Gaming Manager to join our team in Vienna for the markets Austria, Denmark and Germany. In this role you will be part in managing our gaming content strategy for leading brands like bwin and Sportingbet. Your primary responsibilities will include defining roadmaps for game releases, supporting central teams with the whole going live process of games and suppliers, lobby management, acquisition of new game suppliers and reporting on game performance to drive data-informed decisions. As a Gaming Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to optimize our gaming portfolio and enhance player engagement. Position : Gaming Manager Location : Vienna Language knowledge : German &  English. Any other language is considered an advantage   Responsibilities / What You’ll do Road Map Management : Managing our new game releases and roadmap to provide each market with content that matches customer preferences Lobby Management : Ensuring the look of the casino lobbies remain modern, appealing, and competitive by optimizing game and lobby feature positioning based on performance Data-Driven Games Planning : Conducting weekly and monthly planning of game positioning for all brands through data-driven reporting decisions Cross-Team- & Partner Management : Working closely with other teams at Entain to ensure the smooth launch of new content as well as Partner Management with our game suppliers Reporting : Preparing monthly traffic, game, provider and performance reports (PowerBI, Google Analytics,…) Issue Monitoring : Keeping an eye on casino and customer support channels to identify and address any issues related to games not functioning properly

Proven experience in the online gaming sector for at least three years, particularly in games and lobby management. Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards is a plus. • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights. • Familiarity with tools like PowerBI or similar data tools • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various teams, including marketing, product, and compliance as well as external partners. • A proactive and results-oriented approach, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions • Good understanding of customer behaviour and preferences, with a passion for enhancing player experience and engagement
