Leverage Microsoft AI Copilot capabilities within Business Central to improve standard ERP workflows.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build dashboards and perform data analysis using Metabase and APIs exposed by internal systems.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build automated financial reporting infrastructure using Metabase connected to ERP data, replacing manual Excel-based processes.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Map existing operational finance processes (currently managed in Google Sheets), identify inefficiencies, and design scalable solutions.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Redesign workflows within existing systems or via automation tools - covering areas such as extra turnover management, coordinator refunds, and expense account activations.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to map, challenge, and improve finance processes end-to-end.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfort working with APIs, data tools (e.g. Metabase), and automation platforms.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic familiarity with banking integrations, treasury operations, or finance data flows is a nice plus.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating between internal teams and external vendors.</span></p></li><li><p><span>A proactive, ownership-driven mindset - you spot problems, propose solutions, and make things happen.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>You will love working at WeRoad if:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>You dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn’t think possible.
