We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Product Analyst to join the TDI team and help scale our internal systems with a focus on security and reliability. You will leverage your deep knowledge of CPQ and Sales Cloud, covering everything from provisioning to case management, to partner with GTM teams and uncover data-driven efficiencies. In this role, your work will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions to drive operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and challenges, translating them into detailed and actionable user stories.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.Salesforce CPQ Configuration:
  • Leverage your expertise in Salesforce CPQ to implement solutions that align with business needs. This includes product and price rule configuration, and advanced approvals.
  • Solution Design and Implementation:
  • Collaborate with developers and administrators to design and implement enhancements and customizations.
  • Deliver Salesforce CPQ and Salesforce.com platform updates as a core member of a team responsible for the design, development, testing, and release of enhancements and strategic projects.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with different functions such as Deal Desk, Partner Ops, Order Management, Pricing and Packaging, and Sales Ops to design, implement, and enhance the CPQ platform for Direct and Channel Sales teams.
  • Data Management and Reporting:
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of Salesforce data through effective data management practices.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics and support decision-making.
  • System Integrations:
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems within the organization.
  • Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between Salesforce and external applications.
  • Quality Assurance and Testing:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions.
  • Collaborate with QA teams to address and resolve any issues identified during testing.
  • Security and Compliance:
  • Ensure that Salesforce solutions adhere to organizational security policies and industry regulations.
  • Documentation:
  • User Journey & Documentation: Author and maintain end-to-end User Journey Maps. You will update system documentation to reflect AI-driven automations and "Human-in-the-loop" decision points.
  • Ensure that technical and user documentation is accessible and easily understandable.
  • Qualifications & Requirements
  • Technical Expertise
  • Salesforce Mastery: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst or Implementation Consultant specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
  • System Architecture: Proven experience with Salesforce integrations, specifically connecting CRM platforms with product-led systems and cross-functional tools.
  • Lifecycle Management: Demonstrated ability to own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from initial conception and configuration through to launch and post-deployment support.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist credentials are highly preferred.
