About this role

Your responsibilities

Managing processes related to the full employee lifecycle

Comprehensive administration and maintenance of HR documentation

Ensuring employees’ medical examinations remain up to date

Entering and updating data in HR and payroll systems (Optima, Workday) and in dedicated Excel files

Verifying employee time and absence data and preparing payroll input data in cooperation with line managers

Collaborating with temporary work agencies and providers supporting the legalization of stay and work for foreign employees

Administering and coordinating selected employee benefits

Supporting internal communication processes (notice boards, monitors, internal intranet)

We expect

Higher education background or ongoing studies

Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Very good English skills (minimum B2)

Basic knowledge of Workday and/or Comarch Optima will be an advantage

Knowledge of personnel file management and time and absence regulation

High attention to detail and accuracy in working with documents and data

Responsibility, engagement, and strong ownership of assigned tasks

Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork
