Your influential mission. You will... Collaborate with teams across Europe and support their daily use of internal tools (Atlassian, Monday, TestRail) Help maintain and configure internal systems, including Jira projects, workflows, permissions, and Confluence spaces Handle user requests, troubleshoot issues, and support productivity across internal systems Assist with system improvements, automation, and documentation of tools and processes Grow your skills across a wide range of tools while learning how our internal ecosystem works

Are a quick learner and curious about solving different technical issues Are able to work independently Have an ability to research and evaluate new technologies and solutions Can ask right questions and filter information Are able to multitask Have excellent English skills in both oral and written You'll get extra points for... Having experience with Atlassian Applications (Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, Bitbucket etc.) Having experience in scripting (JavaScript), SQL, TestRail Having higher education or still obtaining it in relevant field
