About this role

Co-ordinate and perform the day-to-day administrative tasks  for clients, in accordance with internal policies, IQ EQ service standards and local regulations. Prepare, arrange execution, process and store documents  such as board resolutions, agreements, powers of attorney, instruments. Liaise and prepare forms to be filed with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies  (e.g. company incorporation, name application, changes of shareholders/ directors/ registered office/ secretary/ articles, submission of annual returns). Maintaining corporate registers  and monitoring changes and Liaising with external advisers (lawyers, auditors etc). Dealing with client onboarding, due diligence compliance  and assisting with the opening and maintaining bank accounts in both local and international banking institutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and intermediaries  while working closely with the corporate and accounting teams. Ensuring compliance  with applicable laws, service standards, and company policies, while supporting the team with any additional ad-hoc requests.

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Law, is considered an advantage but not a requirement 5+ years of experience in a similar position, in the Corporate / Fiduciary Services Knowledge of MS office, is essential Fluent in Greek and English language  Very good organisational skills Very good teamwork and communication skills Evidence of commitment to high standards of client service, based on understanding needs and delivering solutions
