Sourcing and Supply Chain Solutions team

at Telia group. I am looking to bring in another SAP VIM specialist to help us out with all the exciting work we do!

This role is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations and delivering minor enhancements within SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) primary in SAP s/4 environments, supporting finance users and stakeholders across the Nordic countries (Denmark, Norway, Sweden, and Finland).

What you’ll do:

Provide day-to-day operational support for SAP VIM, including incident management (minor to critical), troubleshooting, service requests, and root cause analysis in line with OLAs.

Monitor invoice processing flows, queues, and background jobs to ensure stable and timely end-to-end processing.

Deliver minor enhancements and configuration changes in collaboration with Finance and related SAP teams (FI/MM, Integration, Basis).

Support testing (UT, SIT, UAT), go-live, and hyper care activities for VIM changes.

Maintain documentation, operational procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of automation, efficiency, and system performance.

Work in alignment with ITIL, SAP change management standards, and agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe), using tools such as ServiceNow and JIRA.

What will help you thrive in this role:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of hands-on SAP VIM experience, preferably in SAP S/4HANA environments.

Solid understanding of invoice-to-pay (P2P/I2P) processes and finance operations.

Experience supporting SAP VIM operations, including incident management, configuration, workflow, and exception handling.

Collaboration experience with SAP FI/MM and technical/integration teams; familiarity with transport and change management processes.

Knowledge of ITIL-based support models and experience with tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; fluent in English.

Willingness to support critical incidents outside regular business hours when required.
