The Revenue Ops team is at the heart of our commercial strategy, with a core mission to optimize sales performance through data analysis and process improvement. The team is structured into two complementary units: Mirakl Marketplace Platform team, led by Jeanne, focusing on our core marketplace solutions New Solutions team, led by Clara, working on Mirakl's complementary product offerings This dynamic team operates on a global scope, supporting commercial decisions across all regions, products, and verticals. Your Impact As part of the Revenue Operations team, you will: Develop and Manage Performance analysis: Create, maintain, and manage various reports to monitor and steer the performance of the Sales team. Utilize data analytics to provide actionable insights. Support the development and help improve the forecasting models and processes to predict sales performance across regions Optimize Business Processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the optimization of business operations. Participate in the design and implementation of new processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Support New Product Development: Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Sales teams to support the development of new offerings. Engage in Cross-functional Projects: Work alongside teams such as Customer Success and Marketing in cross-functional projects aimed at business process optimization and enhancing platform capabilities.
