Direct management of a team of 5 Software Engineers Accountable for the successful deliveries of the team Organize and plan all team activities upon the principles of agile software methodology Evaluate the efficiency of your team upon its technical and/or business knowledge needed to fulfil its mission Monitor and address the required technical investment upon the department guidelines Foster the collaboration with the departments which are stakeholders to your team Help your team with technical problems and make sure everyone follows best practices.
Some experience leading development teams Strong knowledge of Java Software Development Educational background: Bachelor or Master in Computer Science Experience with agile methodologies Fluent in English Excellent communication skills and leadership skills Eager to lead by example
