Responsibilities

  • Communicate with teams across the organization to coordinate a seamless onboarding and service experience
  • Inform partners about processes and procedures via forms, email, and phone in local language
  • Monitor processes and track progress through Monday.com and other Wolt tools
  • Learn and master internal systems, tools, and workflows to support onboarding effectively
  • Have the charm, empathy and honesty to build strong relationships.
  • Are used to high-performance, high-expectation cultures.
  • Take a hands-on, proactive approach to getting stuff done and seeing things through.
  • Have fluent and persuasive written and spoken communication skills in English and Finnish.
  • Are entrepreneurial, innovative, and good at solving problems.

Requirements

  • Can adapt quickly in a rapidly changing market.
  • Have around 1 year in onboarding or partner operations, deliver accurate, on-time work within SOPs, keep clean data and CRM hygiene, and escalate smartly when needed.

As our new Merchant Onboarding Associate you will master the core functions of merchant services by welcoming partners to Wolt, supporting their onboarding journey, and ensuring their experience is smooth, professional, and successful. This is a 1 year fixed-term contract. What you’ll be doing As Merchant Onboarding Associate, you will act as a key point of contact for partners, coordinating across teams to deliver an excellent onboarding experience. You will support partners through clear communication, process tracking, and by ensuring their setup is ready for success on the Wolt platform.
