In this role, you will be responsible for the <strong>development, performance, and go-to-market strategy of new itineraries</strong>, ensuring they meet the needs of our diverse markets and resonate with our WeRoad community.</p><p>You will play a key role in shaping the future of our product portfolio by identifying new opportunities, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that every new itinerary we launch performs at its best — from conception to market success.</p><p><strong>WHAT YOU WILL DO</strong></p><p><strong>1. New Itinerary Performance</strong></p><ul><li><p>Monitor and analyze the performance of newly launched itineraries, identifying trends, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.</p></li><li><p>Define KPIs and reporting systems to evaluate commercial success and traveler satisfaction.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with regional teams to gather feedback and continuously improve the product offering.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Portfolio New Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct <strong>market and competitor analyses</strong> to identify new destination opportunities and product trends.</p></li><li><p>Develop new itineraries that align with our travelers’ needs and the strategic goals of each market.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (Travel Producers, DMCs, Destination Manager,...) to ensure the best possible product mix.</p></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>3. New Itinerary Flow &amp; Approval Process</strong></p><ul><li><p>Oversee and refine the <strong>approval flow for new itineraries</strong>, ensuring only the best and most relevant products are launched on our marketplace.</p></li><li><p>Define the <strong>requirements and quality standards</strong> for itineraries proposed by external producers, ensuring they align with WeRoad’s development pillars and community expectations.</p></li><li><p>Review and validate new proposals to detect <strong>similarities or overlaps</strong> with existing itineraries, maintaining a coherent and distinctive portfolio.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with Tech and Operations teams to <strong>optimize and automate approval workflows</strong>, improving both internal and external processes and ensuring a smooth go-live on our platforms.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>4. Go-to-Market and Process Optimization</strong></p><ul><li><p>Coordinate and optimize the <strong>end-to-end process</strong> of launching new itineraries — from product testing to commercial roll-out.</p></li><li><p>Ensure alignment between Product, Marketing, Communication, and Commercial teams for successful launches.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with Tech and Operations to streamline product setup, data flows, and integrations across systems.<br><br></p></li></ul><p><strong>5.
