We are now looking for a

Sales Manager

to join our team in Spain! In this position, you will be leading the end users and OEMs market to strengthen our Flow Control Sales team to cover the territory of Spain. Ideally, you will be located in the

South of Spain

preferably

Huelva, Cadiz, Cartagena or Puertollano.

In this position, we expect you to:

Plan and make use of company resources to quote for Refining and Chemical, Renewable and Gases and Metals and Mining markets, both end users and Original Equipment Manufacturers business when applicable.

Pursue sales leads, visit existing and new customers to meet sales target levels.

Negotiate prices and delivery times within limits of authority.

Conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.

Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products and services.

Identify, research, and contact prospective customers and build positive relationships that will generate future sales and repeat business.

Act as continuous improvement and health and safety agent.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

M.Sc or B.Sc in Engineering field.

At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position.

Experience in Flow Control fields and valves related background will be valued.

Because we work in a global matrix company you should have demonstrated success from a similar environment and be a strong communicator (written and verbal)

not only in Spanish but also in English.

You develop relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, internally and externally.

The role requires willingness to travel across Spain (50-60% of travel) and occasionally abroad.
