Conduct gap analyses on new or updated reporting and compliance legislation, defining reportable data and supporting business analysts with technical requirements. Maintain and improve compliance documentation — draft, review, and update policies and procedures to reflect current standards. Collaborate across teams to support ad-hoc compliance projects, audits, and process improvements. Identify opportunities for optimisation, helping to make our reporting practices more efficient and scalable. 🙌 You’ll Be Great for This Role If You’re detail-driven: you have a sharp eye for accuracy and consistency. You think analytically: you can interpret complex regulatory requirements and turn them into actionable steps. You communicate clearly in English and can explain compliance topics to both technical and non-technical audiences. You’re proactive and hands-on, taking initiative to improve processes and collaborate across teams.
