Become a Senior Project Manager for Bloomreach! You will be an essential member of our GIST group by building, planning, and owning multiple Security & IT projects overseen by the Program Lead. Our company provides the best digital experience for the top international e-commerce companies. Your work will impact hundreds of millions of consumers in the online space. You will work in our UK office or from home on a full-time basis and be part of the GIST (Global Information Security & Technology) group.
Responsibilities
- Lead department projects from initiation to successful delivery, defining objectives, scope, estimates, and timelines.
- Develop and execute project strategies and plans, including tools and methods needed.
- Monitor progress and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track while addressing any stakeholder concerns.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including status reports and communications for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with team subject matter experts to provide technical insights and resolve issues.
- Motivate and guide project teams throughout the project lifecycle, providing leadership and solutions.
- Proactively handle pushback and feedback from stakeholders, using negotiation and interpersonal skills to maintain project momentum and foster collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in managing large, cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including conflict resolution and expectation management.
- Ability to multitask and successfully run multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications in Agile (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Jira, Atlassian Suite).
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on practical solutions.
