Enterprise Account Executive | Dataiku Belgium

Responsibilities

  • As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the end-to-end sales cycle within a strategic territory. At Dataiku, we embrace a culture of "accountable camaraderie." You will collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, and Sales Engineering to showcase the business value of our platform, Dataiku DSS.
  • You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have:
  • Experience: At least 5–7+ years of experience in enterprise software field sales.
  • Strategic Selling: A strong belief in a customer-centric, consultative selling philosophy.
  • Innovation: Proven experience introducing innovative technologies and new concepts to large enterprise accounts.
  • Vision & Alignment: The ability to develop a "vision match" with prospects, build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and cultivate internal champions.
  • Ecosystem Management: A track record of evolving and maintaining a partner-driven GTM model as part of a high-touch sales strategy.
  • Competitive Intelligence: Excellence in articulating competitive positioning and value differentiation.
  • Learning Agility: A high degree of learning agility and a passion for the evolving AI landscape.
  • Sales Discipline: Rigorous execution in Salesforce management, pipeline generation, deal progression, and team-based selling.
  • Proven Success: A track record of closing $1M+ ARR deals and managing complex platform sales.
  • Domain Expertise: Expertise in AI, Analytics, Data Science, BI/DW, or Data Integration.
  • Language Skills: For BeLux: Fluency in Dutch and French is required.
  • Mobility: Ability to travel 30% to 50% as required by the business.
