Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the overall operations of the laboratory Ensure the development and validation of analytical methods Perform technical validation of test results Maintain and optimize the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards
Requirements: University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory analysis, including at least 3 years in a managerial role Hands-on experience with instrumental techniques such as GC-MS, ICP, and HPLC Fluency in English, both spoken and written Experience with LIMS Â is a strong advantage
