This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you’ll combine new partner acquisition with account management responsibilities, helping both restaurants and retailers succeed on Wolt. You’ll be the face of Wolt in Oslo - identifying high-potential partners, owning the sales funnel from A to Z, and ensuring our existing partners thrive on the platform. What you’ll be doing Building Wolt’s partner base across restaurant and retail verticals – from prospecting to onboarding. Taking full ownership of the end-to-end sales process, including lead research, conducting meetings, visiting local businesses, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals across the Oslo area. Acting as a trusted advisor and regional point of contact for existing partners – identifying growth opportunities, resolving issues, and driving performance. Strategically identifying and prioritizing high-potential areas and partners in Oslo. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, AM and Onboarding) to ensure a smooth partner experience. Contributing local insights and commercial input to shape regional growth strategies. Our humble expectations Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SMB, hospitality, restaurant, or retail environments. A strong mix of “hunter” mindset and account management – you love winning new deals and building long-term relationships. Commercially sharp with good analytical instincts – you understand what makes a business successful and use data to support decisions. A natural relationship-builder – you’re great with people, whether it’s small business owners or national chains. Strong communicator in both Norwegian and English – verbal and written. You thrive in a fast-paced, field-based role with a high degree of ownership and autonomy. Knowledge of the Horeca industry, especially in the Oslo area, is a big plus. Driver's licence.
