Responsibilities

• HelloFresh is looking for a Project Management Team Lead in FSQA Processes & Systems to drive process definition, standardization and improvement across FSQA Operations in 11 international markets. The role covers a scope including processes in Supplier Onboarding, Supplier Quality and Non-Conformance Management, 3PL Processes, DC Inbound and Inbound Checks, Inventory Management, Shelf-Life Management, and Offshore Operations. This role will have a huge impact on the future success of HelloFresh and its supply chain.

• What you’ll do
• You lead and develop a mixed onshore and offshore team, setting clear objectives and direction for process optimization and system implementation across FSQA operations
• Furthermore, you continuously review and steer the team’s program portfolio to optimize engagement, motivation, prioritization, and delivery
• You influence and take strategic decisions together with FSQA and Tech that directly impact business metrics and improve operational KPIs
• In addition, you define, map, and standardize Food Safety and Quality processes and KPIs to be applied and measured consistently across international markets
• You collaborate closely with technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into digital products, advocating for solutions that support FSQA objectives and deliver high-quality ingredients to customers
• At the same time, you organize and facilitate workshops to gather stakeholder input and actively drive the process governance agenda
• Finally, you measure process performance and adherence across markets, while continuously optimizing offshore operations through scalable frameworks that improve efficiency, resilience, and cost effectiveness
• What you’ll bring
• 8+ years of experience in process consulting, process management, or technical systems implementation, supported by a degree in Software Development, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of people management experience, including direct leadership of offshore teams or team leads
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities with proven experience influencing diverse groups across functions and seniority levels
• Excellent analytical, strategic, and operational modeling skills, combined with strong problem-solving abilities and effective prioritization of multiple initiatives
• Experience or strong interest in data-driven and digital environments, including SQL, BI tools (e.g. Tableau, JIRA, ICS), and digital procurement systems
• Solid understanding of Food Safety and/or Supply Chain Management processes, or the ability to quickly build expertise in these domains
• Fluency in English, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and openness to working in international, multilingual environments; additional European languages are a plus
