As a Senior Growth Manager, your objective is to drive measurable growth across dedicated product lines, uncovering insights that fuel growth, guide executional teams in translating those insights into action, and act as internal educators — deepening cross-functional understanding of the product, its benefits, and its market fit.

This role is based either in London or Berlin.

What you’ll do

Own the commercial strategy for selected product lines; become the go-to-market owner.

Develop, propose, and implement growth strategies based on generated learnings and insights

Collaborate closely with key stakeholders; lead cross-functional alignment and execution of business critical tasks

Understand and track relevant metrics; ensure data correctness and completeness.

Execute regular research on the market, the competitive landscape, and the customer

You’ll thrive in this role if:

You have 5+ years within Product Growth and/or Product Marketing

You have a very strong analytical mindset and detail-oriented

You are highly organized and possess strong project management experience from 0 to 1

You have toolchain familiarity with product analytics (Amplitude/GA4/Looker), CRM (Salesforce), lifecycle (Braze/HubSpot)
