About this role

As part of the development of online luxury fashion activities, LVMH is looking for Women’s Ready to Wear Buyer. . Define and build the brand strategy for Women’s RTW, identify and source new labels . Define and forecast budgets and KPI per brand: turn over, profitability, OTB, levels of stocks . Negotiate commercial partnerships, exclusivities and draw up contracts with legal services . Supervise and manage seasonal order process from conception to delivery following OTB plans per brand. . Coordinate the launch of the collections on the website with emerchandising teams. . Analyze and monitor activity during the season: take action to maximize sales performance, sell thru and optimize stocks levels by negotiating RTV’s, swaps, reorders . Manage markdown process seasonally . Work with Marketing and Editorial teams and support them with products information . Analyze competitors offer . Manage a buying assistant

Technical skills Deep understanding of the Luxury fashion industry Passionate about product with keen understanding of fashion online sites Ability to work flexibly among quickly changing and fast path environment Strong analytical and organizational skills Excellent negotiation and communication skills Computer literacy French and English

All yBackground Ideally 5 years of international online buying experience on similar product setting, Women’s RTW, Leather Goods, Shoes and Beauty goods. Marketing or Economics degree our information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
