We are looking for a Lead Recruiter Sales to join the Talent Acquisition Sales & Operations team in Berlin.
As a Senior Recruiter Sales, you'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, from proactive sourcing to offer acceptance, while partnering closely with Sales Leadership to build high-performing commercial teams. Beyond individual contribution, you'll elevate our recruiting capabilities through process improvement and mentoring team members on sales recruitment best practices.
Your responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for sales roles including SDRs, Account Executives, and Sales Managers across Germany
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing to meet current and future hiring needs
Conduct in-depth screening interviews to assess candidates' sales competencies, cultural fit, and alignment with Doctolib's values
Act as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers, providing market insights, compensation benchmarking, and strategic hiring recommendations
Champion candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely communication and feedback

You have at least 7 years of recruiting experience with a strong focus on sales hiring and full-cycle recruitment
You excel at sourcing and engaging passive candidates, with proven expertise in building talent pipelines for commercial roles
You have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and partner effectively with senior leaders
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail
You are fluent in German and have strong English skills (minimum B2 level) for collaboration with international teams
