About The Team:

The Logistics Project Manager is responsible for leading strategic and operational projects focused on the growth and continuous improvement of Hello Fresh distribution and logistics network. This includes scaling infrastructure, ensuring programme adherence, and maintaining tight cost control throughout delivery. This role is highly data-driven, leveraging internal datasets to identify opportunities, build robust business cases, and drive cost reduction initiatives. Working cross-functionally across the business, the Project Manager will apply strong stakeholder and change management skills to deliver sustainable improvements at pace.

What You Will Be Doing:

Own project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks to ensure programme adherence and successful delivery.

Ensure all expansion projects meet operational, financial, and service requirements.

Identify, quantify, and deliver cost reduction opportunities across the delivery and logistics network.

Apply a continuous improvement mindset to challenge existing processes and ways of working.

Drive efficiency improvements through standardisation, optimisation, and data-led insights.

Leverage internal datasets to identify new opportunities, initiatives, and improvement projects.

Build clear, data-backed business cases to support investment decisions and prioritisation.

Use analytical insight to measure impact, track benefits, and inform decision-making.

Work cross-functionally across all departments, including Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Tech, and Customer Experience.

Apply strong stakeholder and change management skills to drive adoption of new processes and sustainable change.

Challenge the status quo constructively, influencing stakeholders and winning buy-in through evidence and collaboration.

Who You Are:

Background in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Operations.

Proven experience delivering projects in complex, fast-paced environments.

Qualified in project management methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile, PMP or similar).

Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

Strong analytical mindset, using data as the foundation for decision-making.

Experience working with large datasets; SQL and Snowflake experience is highly desirable, including the ability to write code.

Comfortable translating data into clear insights, actions, and recommendations.
