Join us as a Real Estate Project Analyst!
In this role you will support the Assets team in evaluating and accomplishing strategic asset-related initiatives. This includes negotiations when required, conducting trading area analyses, preparing financial evaluations, assisting with contract preparation and other operational and analytical support to help ensuring the successful delivery of retail growth and optimisation initiatives.
Key accountabilities:
Provide support to Real Estate Project Managers as required, contributing to the successful execution of asset strategies:
Collaborate with all internal/external stakeholders such as Finance, Commercial Area, Business Support, Fleets to clear the way for all projects through the CVP stages.
Conduct trading area analyses to assess projects’ potential, identifying risks, threats and opportunities to advise decision-making.
Prepare financial evaluations with NP for proposed projects, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with the Legal department to support the preparation of contracts and documentation.
Maintain clear records and documentation for all assigned projects, ensuring compliance with internal standards and timelines, being gatekeeper of internal databases/sharepoint.
When required, participate in ad-hoc asset/other projects such as acquisitions, tenders, swaps with competitors or similar.
Negotiate when required with property owners, developers, local authorities, highways agencies, pressure groups, and other relevant stakeholders to achieve BP’s objectives—protecting and optimising the value and performance of BP's retail assets and strictly adhering to the company’s Code of Conduct throughout all interactions.
Role requirements will demand at more than 50% time travelling.
What you will need to be successful:
Location
The successful candidate will be based in the region of Andalucía.
Education
Degree in Economics / Business Administration or Engineering.
Native level proficiency of Spanish language & good command of English.
