We are looking for an experienced Service Designer for a long-term consulting assignment in Sweden.

You will work in a collaborative and agile environment together with cross-functional teams, contributing to the design and development of modern digital services and user experiences. The role involves close cooperation with different stakeholders and participation throughout the service development lifecycle.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and support service design activities in complex environments
Analyze user needs, customer journeys, and stakeholder interactions
Create and visualize user flows, service maps, and design concepts
Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions with different stakeholders
Work closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and end users
Contribute to iterative improvements and user-centered solutions
Support concept development and prototyping activities
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in service design and user-centered methodologies
Experience creating customer journeys, stakeholder maps, and service blueprints
Strong workshop facilitation and collaboration skills
Experience working in agile and cross-functional teams
Good knowledge of Figma and FigJam
Experience with interviews, observations, and co-creation methods

Experience working in complex organizational environments
Knowledge of Design Thinking methodologies
Experience balancing business, legal, and security considerations in design work
Experience creating concepts and prototypes
