AI System Developer

We are looking for an experienced System Developer with strong AI and Machine Learning expertise for an exciting consulting assignment in Sweden.

📍 Location: Stockholm, Sweden

🏠 Work Model: Hybrid (approximately 50% onsite and 50% remote)

You will be part of a collaborative and innovative environment focused on developing intelligent digital solutions and AI-driven platforms. The role involves close cooperation with technical specialists, architects, testers, and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:

Design and develop AI-based applications and intelligent backend solutions

Build and integrate scalable AI/ML components into enterprise systems

Work with semantic search, embeddings, and intelligent data processing

Develop and maintain integrations with APIs, external platforms, and backend services

Contribute to architecture, deployment, testing, and optimization of AI solutions

Participate in technical planning, implementation, and continuous improvements

Support development of secure, scalable, and maintainable cloud-based solutions

Required Qualifications:

Strong experience in software development and AI/ML technologies

Experience developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments

Knowledge of LLM-based applications and modern AI architectures

Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts

Experience working with vector databases and semantic search technologies

Knowledge of Python and modern AI/ML frameworks

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience integrating APIs and enterprise backend systems

Understanding of NLP concepts and intelligent text processing

Ability to develop scalable and secure systems

Additional Skills Considered Valuable:

Experience within healthcare, medical, or regulated environments

Knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and terminology systems
