Sales Manager- IPO Listings

About this role

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the listings pipeline in Finland, originating, qualifying, and progressing new listing opportunities on Nasdaq Helsinki.
• Engage and influence senior decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, Investor Relations leaders, Boards, owners) to position Nasdaq as the preferred next step for the client.
• Advise and guide companies through the listing journey, tailoring Nasdaq's value proposition to issuer needs and supporting successful listings and long-term retention.
• Work closely with advisers and partners (corporate finance, legal, IR, private capital) to source transactions and win mandates.
• Represent Nasdaq Helsinki in the market, including regular travel within Finland and across the Nordic region for meetings, events, and industry forums.
• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, law or equivalent practical experience.
• Fluent in both Finnish and English
• Many years of experience in capital markets, corporate finance, financial advisory, sales, or business development.
• Proven involvement in listings / IPOs or capital-raising transactions, with solid understanding of the market ecosystem.
• Demonstrated ability to originate business and build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior stakeholders.
• Previous experience of public speaking
