Principal Accountabilities
Support daily back-office and administrative customer service activities
Assist with entering and updating customer orders in SAP and Salesforce.com systems
Maintain accurate customer records, files, and documentation
Support communication with customers and internal departments regarding order and delivery updates
Help prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents
Assist in handling customer inquiries and forwarding issues to the appropriate teams when needed
Support invoice checks, returns, and other administrative processes related to customer service and finance
Monitor and follow up on shipments and delivery status updates
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards
Learn and follow company procedures, OHSE, and hygiene standards
Perform other administrative and support tasks as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements

Students, recent graduates, or candidates at the beginning of their professional career are encouraged to apply
Apprenticeship, internship, or first professional experience, preferably in a packaging or manufacturing environment, would be a
