Restaurant Co-worker

We're looking for people who's either already working in restaurants - or wants to get started - and join the Bastard Burgers crew to prepare and serve Helsinki's best burgers.

You're open to learning new things and enjoy variety in your work - whether you're behind the grill or at the register. You bring great energy to every shift and understand how important your role is: you make the experience awesome - for both guests and your teammates.

You don't need a fancy resume. What matters most to us is your attitude, your team spirit, and your willingness to grow. We'll teach you the rest.

There are spots open with different hours. The positions are mostly for the summer with a possibility to continue after summer if you suit our team well!

What We're Looking ForExperience: Experience in kitchens or service is a plus, but not required

Tasks: You'll work both in the kitchen and at the register - we love flexibility!

Language: You speak English or Finnish. Bonus if you speak both.

Qualities: You're reliable, positive, adaptable, and love creating great guest experiences. You're collaborative, service-minded, positive, and excited to be part of the Bastard Burgers family!

Availability: You're open to working evenings and weekends when needed!
