Mölnlycke is now hiring a new Financial Controller to our Finance team at the Mikkeli factory.

As a Financial Controller with us, you will take full ownership of the financial accounting for the Finnish legal entity. This is a senior, hands-on role where you ensure high-quality statutory reporting, strong compliance, and seamless alignment between local requirements and group standards. You will act as the go-to accounting expert locally, working closely with the business in Finland while collaborating with global finance and shared service teams. This role plays a key part in strengthening financial accuracy, integrity, and transparency as selected accounting responsibilities return to the local organization.

How You'll Make an Impact

You will be responsible for end-to-end accounting and reporting, including:Full responsibility for financial accounting of the Finnish legal entity

Monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

Preparation of statutory financial statements, tax returns, VAT, and other regulatory filings in Finland

Ensuring compliance with local GAAP, tax legislation, and Group accounting policies

Group reporting deliverables in cooperation with Group Accounting a
