Senior Java Developer & Scrum Master
About this role
We are looking for a Senior Java Developer & Scrum Master for a global automotive company in Gothenburg.
Start is in June 2026, 12-month limited contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Java backend developer and are looking for curious minds that love collaboration and are interested in the future of mobility within the automotive industry. This is a split role 50% Scrum Master over a team of 6 developers and 50% as one of the developers in the team.
Who are you?
You are an experienced backend DevOps software developer with experience within Java programming.
Mandatory skills:
Experience in Scrum Master/team lead roles
Very skilled in Java backend (+10 years)
Very skilled in TypeScript
Experience from AWS (primary Serverless)
Understanding of Micro services, architecture and design
DB skills (SQL and NoSQL)
Experience working with GitHub
Skilled in Spring Boot
Experience from Asynchronous programming
Experience in Unix, Linux
Experience in Test Driven Development
Experience in CI/CD
Experience of Agile way of working (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)

- This is a full-time consultant position in Gothenburg through Incluso. Start is in June 2026, 12 months limited contract to begin with. This role is 100% onsite in Gothenburg.
