About this role

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership Oversee all daily operations and departmental functions (Experiences, Restaurant, Front Office, Housekeeping) to maintain smooth coordination and a seamless guest experience
• Implement standard operating procedures to uphold brand standards and regulatory requirements
• Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and support Supervisors and the various teams, fostering a cohesive working environment and encouraging professional growth
• Conduct regular meetings with department Supervisors to establish priorities, review performance, and address challenges
• Guest Experience & Quality Control Act as a key point of contact for escalated guest concerns, ensuring professional resolution and the highest levels of satisfaction
• Continuously evaluate service quality in all areas and implement improvements in collaboration with Supervisors
• Financial & Resource Management Track expenses and oversee cost management while maintaining service excellence
• Collaborate with department Supervisors to forecast staffing needs, manage schedules, and optimise labour costs
• Health, Safety & Compliance Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, as well as company policies, across all departments
• Maintain a safe, secure work environment for both guests and staff, encouraging a culture of responsibility and awareness
• Strategic Planning & Collaboration Work closely with senior management to establish short- and long-term goals
