Do you combine strategic height with a hands-on mindset, and enjoy leading people, performance and continuous improvement in a regulated environment? As Operations Lead - Debt Collection Finland, you will play a key role in ensuring strong customer service and delivery in line with Riverty’s business strategy by optimizing quality and processes.

You will work in close cooperation with the Operations Lead Sweden/Finland to secure the optimal running of our day-to-day debt collection business, while representing the function in our operational management team and cross-country initiatives.

What you’ll do

Set direction & translate strategy into execution: define clear, achievable goals for the team and steer priorities that support our strategy.

Lead and develop the team: supervise day-to-day operations (task assignment, coaching, performance management) and create engagement, drive and efficiency.

Secure compliant, risk-aware operations: ensure daily business is run in line with intern
