  • You will bring extensive knowledge of UK employment legislation, case

  • and HR best practice, with proven experience applying this in a complex, commercially driven environment. Experience in employee relations or HR advisory work is essential, ideally within a unionised or collectively bargained setting, alongside strong

  • and diagnostic skills.
  • You will be confident advising managers on sensitive and
  • high-risk
  • matters, with excellent communication and influencing skills and a strong
  • customer focused
  • approach. The ability to assess risk, exercise sound professional judgement and know when to escalate or seek specialist legal advice is critical.
  • You will be well organised,
  • resilient
  • and comfortable managing competing priorities in a
  • fast paced
  • environment. CIPD qualification or equivalent ER or case management experience is
  • , along with confidence using HR systems and case management tools.
