About the Role You will define how creative performance is measured, improved, and scaled across a complex cross-channel marketing environment. Sitting at the intersection of marketing, data, product, and tech, this role turns signals from digital, social, influencer, and .com into a shared approach that helps teams make better content decisions. Rather than relying on isolated channel reporting, you will build a structured system for testing, insights, and continuous improvement. This is an exciting opportunity if you want to shape how creative work is evaluated and influence both strategy and execution through data-driven frameworks. Job DescriptionYou will define and own the overall approach to creative performance across channels. You will build cross-channel frameworks that help teams evaluate content consistently and move from ad-hoc analysis to repeatable ways of working. You will design and establish a structured testing ecosystem, including A/B testing across .com and marketing channels. You will create insight loops that turn performance data into clear direction for creative production, platform strategy, and campaign planning. You will connect stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Tech and align them around shared priorities and performance outcomes. You will evaluate and implement tools, including AI-driven creative analysis platforms, to scale insights and improve decision-making.
