Reaktor's award-winning tech and design community is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Tampere office. You will play a central role in our teams to help our clients turn their goals into successful new ventures, services and products.

As a Product Designer, you will be able to grow and broaden your expertise by working with industry leaders from visionary consumer solutions to education, financial services, healthcare, and the industrial sector in projects that change the world.

As a Product Designer, you'll

Work side by side with developers, lead the hands-on design work, and make sure the project meets our client's needs

Guide the client and team from the current state of things towards a solution. You know how to concentrate on what is essential at any given moment, and can guide others to do the same

Make sense of our clients' business goals, challenges and their users' behaviour, and turn your understanding into great designs that benefit them both

Work on different levels of abstraction

Build and nurture relationships with the team and other stakeholders - help the client evolve their ways of working

Flex your crafts muscles: whether it's building a functional prototype, pushing pixels in Figma and other modern design tools, or polishing the finest details of the product demo

Participate in workshops and collaborative sessions to uncover insights and shape vision
