Please note that roles based out of SJS or Sunbury will move to Timber Square, Southwark, from Q4 2027

We’re transforming how BP works — becoming more agile, more connected, and more focused on the people who power our business. As a Transformation Consultant, you’ll help us shape that shift. You’ll work closely with teams and leaders to strengthen our culture, improve how we operate, and guide the organisation through meaningful change. We’re looking for someone who can blend analytical thinking with empathy, influence with clarity, and strategy with action.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a hands‑on role in helping us evolve how we work, including:

Coaching teams and leaders

as we embed agile practices and build confidence in new ways of working.

Diagnosing challenges and opportunities

through data‑driven analysis, turning insights into practical recommendations.

Designing and supporting culture and behaviour change

, helping people feel engaged, informed, and ready to adapt.

Facilitating workshops and collaborative sessions

that bring clarity, spark ideas, and accelerate decisions.

Communicating change clearly

, creating messages that help stakeholders understand what’s happening and why it matters.

Guiding teams through transitions

, reducing resistance and supporting people with fairness and empathy.

Using Excel to analyse trends and track progress

, ensuring decisions are grounded in evidence.

Contributing to organisational development

, from process improvements to capability building and structural alignment.

Connecting the dots across the organisation

, anticipating impacts and ensuring changes land sustainably.

What you bring
