Responsibilities
- You’ll take ownership of designing and delivering production AI systems end-to-end — from integrating LLMs and retrieval pipelines to building backend services and running them in the cloud.
- This is a hands-on engineering role where you build, ship, and operate real systems into production environments.
- What you’ll work on
- Build and ship GenAI applications (RAG systems, LLM-powered assistants, agent-based workflows for analysis and knowledge retrieval)
- Develop production Python backend services and APIs powering AI features in production systems
- Design and implement end-to-end ML system architectures (models, data pipelines, retrieval systems, and domain logic)
- Deploy and operate AI services in Azure (including Azure OpenAI), with some AWS exposure
- Work with modern LLM stacks (prompt engineering, retrieval optimization, orchestration, evaluation, and tool use)
- Translate real operational needs into production AI systems, working closely with stakeholders and engineers
- What will help you succeed
- MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or relevant fields — or up to 3 years of experience in AI/ML or data science.
