AI Solutions Analyst at atNorth

In this role, you will lay a central role in shaping and coordinating AI opportunities from early discovery through pilot, rollout, and adoption, helping ensur e each solution delivers measurable value in practice.

You will coordinate the discovery of AI use cases across the organisation, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to assess needs, shape requirements, and evaluate feasibility. From mapping current workflows and identifying improvement opportunities, to defining clear success criteria and validating ideas through prototyping or testing, you will play a central role in turning business challenges into practical AI solutions.

We expect you to ensure that pilots are well-structured and aligned with business goals, while effectively gathering feedback and refining solutions based on real user needs. You will also oversee the rollout and adoption of AI solutions, including training, communication, and change management, ensuring that new capabilities are successfully embedded
