You will act as a strategic partner to the Strategic Partnerships department (B2B2C), helping them optimize performance and decision-making regarding the acquisition and retention of our partners (Banks and Real Estate Agencies).</span></p><ul><li><p>Predictive Modeling: Develop sophisticated models to evaluate and anticipate partner trends and agency behaviors.</p></li><li><p>Performance Steering: Support Partnership Managers in tracking and driving their teams' performance through data.</p></li><li><p>Customer Journey Analysis: Explore data from customer pathways to refine marketing strategies, boost commercial performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.</p></li><li><p>Data Pipeline Management: Contribute to the maintenance and scalability of the data pipeline, ensuring data is collected, cleaned, structured, and accessible.</p></li><li><p>Data Visualization: Design intuitive, operational dashboards to provide teams with daily insights and facilitate informed decision-making.<br></p></li></ul><p></p><h4><strong>About you :</strong></h4><ul><li><p><span>A degree from a Business or Engineering school.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are proficient in SQL and comfortable with analytical reasoning. (Knowledge of Python or visualization tools like Looker is a plus).</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are a creative problem-solver, autonomous, and resourceful.
