About the Role You will take the lead for test scope in a large SAP TM transformation that is part of a broader S/4HANA journey in a global retail environment. The program covers both pilot warehouses and ongoing rollouts across a wide international logistics setup, where transportation, trade, business, and technology teams need to move in sync. In this role, you will own the overall testing approach for SAP TM and closely connected SAP BN4L capabilities. You will work across business and tech functions, partner with a system integrator and external suppliers, and help create clear decisions around readiness, quality, and go-live sign-off. Job DescriptionYou will own the test strategy, test plan, and overall test approach for both end-to-end testing and UAT. You will drive and coordinate E2E and UAT activities for SAP TM and SAP BN4L together with business teams, tech teams, and implementation partners. You will ensure that unit, system, and regression testing are completed and signed off before E2E and UAT begin for each delivery scope. You will define and manage entry and exit criteria, test readiness decisions, and quality gates across the program. You will present test sign-off recommendations ahead of each go-live based on test outcomes and overall readiness. You will communicate risks, dependencies, and test status clearly to stakeholders, PMO, and steering forums. You will establish reusable test assets, regression packs, and governance
