<p>ReOrbit is looking for a proactive and solutions-driven IT Administrator to support our growing team and help keep our technology running smoothly across all locations.</p><p>As our IT Administrator, you will be the go-to person for ensuring a seamless IT experience for employees, both onsite and remotely. You’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable systems, supporting modern workplace tools, and enabling the team to work efficiently and securely every day.</p><p>It's an exciting chance to join a dynamic start-up, with the opportunity to make a real impact, to reach our goal of pushing the boundaries of space data transfer.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>IT support for ReOrbit employees in Helsinki onsite and remotely to other locations</p></li><li><p>User support on Office 365 and Google Workspace components</p></li><li><p>Install and troubleshoot devices i.e. laptops, printers, tablets, mobiles, meeting rooms</p></li><li><p>Managing IT ticket on Atlassian JIRA Service Ticket Management system</p></li><li><p>Administration of Microsoft Office 365, Enterprise Mobility, Security E3/E5, Google Workspace</p></li><li><p>Administration of Microsoft Cloud Infra (Active Directory, Azure, SQL, MS Dynamics)</p></li><li><p>Network Support and administration (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Security)</p></li><li><p>Support for Shared mailbox access, Licensing assignment</p></li><li><p>User Support on Microsoft Dynamics App</p></li><li><p>Documentation of Processes, User help guides and Windows infrastructure setup</p></li><li><p>IT Inventory Management, IT purchases, work with vendors on remote deliveries</p></li><li><p>Microsoft Intune/ MDM , Android Device Management and Jamf for IOS devices<br></p></li></ul><p><strong>Skills and Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>At least 5 years of experience in IT Admin, security, IT infrastructure and end user support</p></li><li><p>Excellent skills on Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Google suite of Prod.</p></li><li><p>Experience of managing Azure Active Directory, User Management, Group policies</p></li><li><p>Very good knowledge on Users Onboarding and Offboarding related IT tasks</p></li><li><p>Experience with Microsoft Intune managing Endpoints and deploying policies</p></li><li><p>Atlassian products knowledge on ( Jira Tickets, IT Assets, Confluence ) and ITIL</p></li><li><p>Experience of deploying cybersecurity in an End user and Cloud infra environment.</p></li></ul><p><strong>What does ReOrbit do?</strong></p><p>ReOrbit builds the foundation for the next generation of space applications by transforming satellites into truly intelligent, interconnected platforms, defined by software.
