You’ll play a key role in maintaining reliable systems, supporting modern workplace tools, and enabling the team to work efficiently and securely every day.It's an exciting chance to join a dynamic start-up, with the opportunity to make a real impact, to reach our goal of pushing the boundaries of space data transfer. Responsibilities<ul><li>IT support for ReOrbit employees in Helsinki onsite and remotely to other locations</li><li>User support on Office 365 and Google Workspace components</li><li>Install and troubleshoot devices i.e. laptops, printers, tablets, mobiles, meeting rooms</li><li>Managing IT ticket on Atlassian JIRA Service Ticket Management system</li><li>Administration of Microsoft Office 365, Enterprise Mobility, Security E3/E5, Google Workspace</li><li>Administration of Microsoft Cloud Infra (Active Directory, Azure, SQL, MS Dynamics)</li><li>Network Support and administration (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, Security)</li><li>Support for Shared mailbox access, Licensing assignment</li><li>User Support on Microsoft Dynamics App</li><li>Documentation of Processes, User help guides and Windows infrastructure setup</li><li>IT Inventory Management, IT purchases, work with vendors on remote deliveries</li><li>Microsoft Intune/ MDM , Android Device Management and Jamf for IOS devices </li></ul>Skills and Requirements<ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in IT Admin, security, IT infrastructure and end user support</li><li>Excellent skills on Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Google suite of Prod.</li><li>Experience of managing Azure Active Directory, User Management, Group policies</li><li>Very good knowledge on Users Onboarding and Offboarding related IT tasks</li><li>Experience with Microsoft Intune managing Endpoints and deploying policies</li><li>Atlassian products knowledge on ( Jira Tickets, IT Assets, Confluence ) and ITIL</li><li>Experience of deploying cybersecurity in an End user and Cloud infra environment.</li></ul>What does ReOrbit do?ReOrbit builds the foundation for the next generation of space applications by transforming satellites into truly intelligent, interconnected platforms, defined by software.
